You approve each draft before it publishes. For eligible accounts outside insurance, financial and mortgage services, optional Auto Approval may be offered after 90 days under separate written settings, and you can switch back at any time. Insurance, financial and mortgage accounts always use customer approval on every post.

Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. We check your connected Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts about every 15 minutes; when someone comments, we draft a reply and send it to your Telegram chat—tap to send it, edit it first, or write your own. Nothing goes out without you.

Yes. Tap “Request changes” under any draft and type or send a voice note, such as “make it shorter” or “use a different picture.” A revised version comes back, usually within minutes. Each post includes up to five rounds of changes; after that, a person on our team takes a look.

It waits. Nothing publishes without your approval unless you choose optional Auto Approval, and you can reject any draft you don’t want.

Your first monthly report arrives on the 1st after your first full calendar month, by email with a short summary in Telegram. Gold plans also get a short strategy note. Reports show the numbers each platform provides; they measure audience activity, not leads or sales.

Yes. Every Friday afternoon you get next week’s posting plan in Telegram and by email: the day, time, audience and type of each post. Tap “Looks good,” or tap “Change something” to move a post to another day, change its type or audience, skip it, tell us you are posting your own that day, or give us your own topic. Swapping in your own topic is free. You can make changes until 24 hours before each post, and every post still comes to you for approval first.

Just send them to your Reinyom Telegram chat: a new listing (address, price and photos), an open house (date and time), a finished job, a sale or event, or any news. Within a few minutes you get a draft for your approval, or a quick question if something is missing. Posts you send count toward your plan’s monthly allowances; if you go over, we ask before adding an extra. Only send photos you have permission to share.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Reinyom isn’t right for you, cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund your first month in full.
