1. Who we are
Reinyom Digital Marketing (“Reinyom,” “we”) provides done-for-you social media content and publishing for businesses. We are based in Utah, United States. Questions about this policy: support@reinyom.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, service area, industry, plan choice and anything you write in our forms or messages.
Business and content information: details about your services, audiences, brand and voice; photos, listing details, event information, notes and voice notes you send us; your approvals, change requests and content history.
Account connection information: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google Business Profile, the connection is made through our publishing provider using the platform’s own authorization screen. We do not receive or store your social media passwords.
Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card brand and last four digits); we do not store full card numbers.
Website information: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies; if we add analytics, we will update this policy first.
Comments on your posts: if you use comment watching, we read comments left on your posts by members of the public, including their name or username and what they wrote, so we can draft a suggested reply for you. We store these comments and our draft replies. We do not use this information for any purpose beyond helping you respond to your own audience, and we do not contact commenters directly.
Photos and files you send us: we store them to create and publish your content. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
Usage and account data: performance numbers from your connected accounts (such as reach, reactions, comments, shares and followers) for your weekly update and monthly report; your past public posts, which we analyze to match your voice; the options you choose in our emails; referral codes or phone numbers entered at checkout and who referred whom; and your Telegram chat ID and your messages with our bot.
Founding Member applications: name, business name, email, phone, industry, city and state, website, how often you post, how you heard about us, and the ad or link that brought you to the form.
3. How we use information
To create, revise, schedule and publish your content; to send drafts for your approval; to provide support; to bill you and process refunds; to keep records of what was approved and published; to improve our service; and to send service messages.
We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every marketing email lets you opt out.
4. How technology and AI are used
We use AI services to help plan and write drafts, create headlines and graphics, and transcribe voice notes you send. Your business information and content details are sent to these providers only to produce your content. Every draft is sent to you for approval before it is published.
Comments left by the public on your posts are sent to our AI providers so they can draft suggested replies for you to review.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Reinyom, under their own terms and privacy commitments, including: Stripe (payments), our social publishing provider (PostFast), the social platforms you choose to connect (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile), Telegram (draft review and messaging), AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI, including OpenAI’s speech-to-text for voice notes), Tavily (web search used to research topics for your content), Pexels (stock photos), SendGrid (email delivery) and our website and automation hosting providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account, content and approval records while you are a customer and for up to three years afterward for records, disputes and legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Leads who never become customers are deleted within 24 months.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing support@reinyom.com. You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from the platform’s settings or by asking us. Content already published to your social accounts stays there unless you remove it.
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect your information. Photos you send us may be stored at web addresses that are not listed publicly but can be opened by anyone who has the exact link. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Children
Reinyom is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
