Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Reinyom’s website and services. By applying, connecting an account, approving a draft or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Subscription & Cancellation Terms. If you use Reinyom for a business, you confirm you are authorized to agree on its behalf and are at least 18.

2. The service

Reinyom plans, writes and designs social media posts for your business, sends drafts to you for approval, and publishes approved posts to the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and/or Google Business Profile accounts you connect. What your plan includes is described on our Pricing page at the time you sign up.

If you use comment watching, we draft suggested replies to comments on your posts for you to review. You approve each suggested reply before it is posted, and you are responsible for replies you approve. We do not contact commenters directly.

3. Your approval

You review every draft before it publishes. You can approve it, request changes or reject it. Each post includes up to five rounds of changes; after that we may review the post with you personally. Optional Auto Approval may be offered to eligible, non-regulated accounts after 90 days under separate written settings; you can turn it off at any time.

When you approve a draft, you authorize us to publish it to your connected accounts. Posts are published to accounts you own, at your direction, and you remain responsible for them as the owner of those accounts.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you provide and for everything you approve, including prices, offers, dates, availability, rates, program details, claims and testimonials.

If your profession is regulated (for example insurance, financial services, mortgage lending or real estate), you are responsible for any required review, licensing statements and disclosures. Reinyom does not provide legal, financial or compliance review and does not verify facts, suitability or regulatory requirements.

You confirm that you have the right to share any photos, logos, names or customer information you send us, including permission from people shown or named.

If you are in a regulated profession, give us the license numbers and disclosures your posts require (for example an NMLS ID or Equal Housing Opportunity language). We include what you give us; we do not add, check or update them for you. Reinyom is not your recordkeeping system, so keep your own copies of anything your regulator requires you to retain.

Reviews and testimonials we use must be real, quoted as written and used with the reviewer’s permission. Tell us if a reviewer was paid, rewarded or connected to you.

Stock or AI-generated images are illustrative. Do not approve one as a picture of your own work, team, vehicles or customers if that would mislead.

Posts publish under your name. You are responsible for any AI or sponsorship labels that law or platform rules require.

5. Content and ownership

You own the posts you approve and the materials you send us. You give Reinyom a license to use your materials to create, publish and store your content and to provide the service.

Reinyom keeps ownership of its templates, processes and software. Stock photos we use come from licensed sources and may be used only as part of your posts. We will not use your content or name in our own marketing without your permission.

Drafts are created with help from AI tools. Like any draft, they can contain mistakes, which is why every post requires your review.

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram and other providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, removed posts or account actions. If a connection fails, we will tell you and help you reconnect.

7. No guaranteed results

We work to create useful, consistent content, but we do not guarantee reach, followers, engagement, leads or sales.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Reinyom for content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing, that presents fake or AI-invented reviews or testimonials as genuine, or that violates the rules of the platforms we publish to. We may decline to create or publish any content.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Terms. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or a breach of these Terms. Content already published stays on your accounts.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reinyom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

You agree to cover claims arising from content or materials you provided or approved, or from your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Referral program

If we offer a referral program, you may earn a credit of 10% of the plan price of each business you refer directly, and 5% for businesses referred by the customers you refer. Credits apply only toward your own Reinyom bill, are capped at 100% of your own plan price, have no cash value and are never paid out. You may not refer yourself or a business you own. A referred business must become a paying customer for a credit to apply. Credit already applied to a paid billing month is not taken back. If you share your referral link publicly, say that you may earn a credit. We may change or end the program at any time.

13. Founding Member offer

The Founding Member offer is limited to the first 20 businesses. It includes a free 30-day test, 60 more days free, and then 50% off your plan price for as long as your account stays active and in good standing on a paid plan. Nothing is charged during the test or free months, and you owe nothing if you cancel before your first payment. The offer applies to one business and one account, cannot be transferred, and does not carry over if you cancel and later resubscribe unless we agree in writing. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Founding Members start service before their first payment; the payment, renewal and cancellation rules in the Subscription & Cancellation Terms apply from that first payment. We may change the offer for future customers at any time.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will notify customers of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The referral program and the Founding Member offer for future customers may change at any time. Questions: support@reinyom.com.
