Subscription & Cancellation Terms

1. Plans and prices
Reinyom plans are billed monthly. Current prices and monthly allowances for each industry are listed on the Pricing page. There is no setup fee; your first payment is your first month. Founding Member pricing, if you qualify, is described in the Terms of Service.
2. How you pay
You pay through secure Stripe checkout when you sign up on the Get Started page. Promo codes, if you have one, are applied at checkout. Service begins when that first payment is received (Founding Members start with a free test before their first payment, as described in the Terms of Service). Your plan then renews automatically each month on the same date, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund your first month in full—no questions asked.
To use the guarantee, email support@reinyom.com or message us in Telegram within those 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The guarantee applies to your first plan purchase per business. Posts already published stay on your accounts.
4. Cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@reinyom.com or messaging us in Telegram. We may ask you to confirm a cancellation request before we process it, so a stray message does not cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month; you keep your plan until then, and you won’t be charged again. Monthly fees already paid after the guarantee period are not refunded, except where required by law or if we fail to deliver the service.
5. Allowances
Monthly allowances (such as weekly posts, campaigns and spotlights) reset each billing month and do not roll over. Event units are counted when we have the details needed to create them.
6. Add-ons and plan changes
Add-ons and extra work are quoted and approved by you before they are billed. You can change plans by contacting us; changes take effect at your next billing date unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will let you know and retry. If it is still unpaid after our retry attempts, we may pause drafting and publishing until it is resolved.
8. Price changes
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change applies to your plan.
